How to stimulate the US ECONOMY  ? 


THE DEMOCRATS REPUBLICANS AND INDEPENDANTS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DO THE FOLLOWING TO STIMULATE THE US ECONOMY:

1) Require Banks to work with Mortgagees UNDER PENALTY FROM THE FEDS.  (Especially Wells Fargo, B of A and AIG. I know people that submitted loan modifications docs 6 times and they all got LOST(?)
AIG VP’s got a raise after screwing up...But of course the raise was paid by our tax dollars from a government bail-out

2) ALL ELECTED OFFICALS ENMASS WHO HAVE BEEN IN OFFICE 4 OR MORE YEARS SHOULD RETURN 10% OF THEIR SALARY FOR EACH YEAR TO THE GOVERNMENT VOLUNTARILY!!!!! How many people do you know have lost 20 or 30% of their salary or benefits

Our elected officials need to JOIN YOUR ELECTORATE and SUFFER a Little!
THEY RECESSION JUST DID NOT HAPPEN IN 1 MONTH!! YOU WERE ELECTED AND YOU FAILED AT YOUR POSITIONS.
CHALLENGE CITY AND STATE ELECTED OFFICALS TO DO THE SAME


WANT HEADLINES?!!!  WANT POSITIVE PRESS? 10% WONT HURT YOU BUT IT WILL IMPRESS THE PUBLIC. 

3) THE BIA/DEPT OF THE INTERIOR TAKES 20-30 YEARS TO DECIDE IF AN INDIAN TRIBE IS AN INDIAN TRIBE. This is Govt. INEFFICENCY AT ITS BEST!  Even the US Supreme Court thought it was Unreasonable. 

 ANY TRIBE THAT CAN PROVE THAT:  THEY OR THEIR MEMBERS received a Spanish or Mexican land-grant or a TREATY from the US Government AGENTS or a Presidential Land Patent , (whether confirmed by the U.S. Senate or not, since these treaties were hidden for 50 years) should be automatically and IMMEDIATELY receive federal recognition. 

THE ONLY PREREQUISTE WOULD BE THAT THE TRIBES have been on the federal recognition list pending recognition, for more than 20 years AND HAVE NOT BEEN DENIED.

 This will allow employees currently working (?) at the BIA to be transferred to areas needing more staffing such as immigration and homeland security. 

These Newly Federally recognized tribes will allow for new business development and growth in their states as has been proven by the recent history OF ECONOMIC GROWTH BY US TRIBES.  The economies of   recognized federal tribes are not all casinos either . They have built water bottling plants, built super malls, and have ventured into FISH AND ORGANIC farming, Solar energy and Environmentally friendly business. 
These  new Tribes WILL STIMULATE ECONOMIES IN MANY STATES ESPECAILLY IN AREAS WHERE IT IS MOST NEEDED; because that’s where the Tribes are located now!

4) All federal grants, loans, gifts, AND INCENTIES OF ANY KIND TO ANY AND ALL Foreign Nations (outside the US Borders IE EXCLUDING INDIAN TRIBES) should be cut by the same amount that the states are cutting education spending, which averages 15%. Excepting ONLY of course EXTREMELY NECESSARY military aid i.e. Iraq, Israel,etc.

ANY COUNTRY OWING THE US MONEY FOR BACK UN DUES WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ANY AID.

5) Tax Rates on Foreign Corporations should be raised, unless the corporation employs 80% of American workers in the USA or SPENDS 80% of its gross income in the United States whichever is greater.

6), NAFTA and GATT should be restructured and/or rescinded. The United States is now becoming a Third World country, with no middle class which is outrageously evident; when we are borrowing money from China.(?)  

NAFTA and GATT said the US was going to be a service economy  ...WELL THAT service economy  IS NOW IN INDIA, PAKISTAN, MEXICO AND THE PHILLIPINES. They are taking service phone calls .  US citizens  use to have those JOBS!

7) Any FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC Corporation or business in the US that outsources jobs to foreign nations, while laying off American workers should be taxed at a 45% to 65% higher rate sufficient to discourage laying off American workers. 

Tax rates for US business that have already outsourced should also be raised to encourage them to bring jobs to come back to the US 


 8) Bailouts of US Corps should not include any MONEY for any foreign : employees, departments, subsidiaries, associations, companies, sister Corporations, divisions, or interest of any KIND of the Corp or any Bonuses for anyone. (THE MONEY MAY NOT LEAVE THE US!  If you need a bailout You didn’t do a good job so NO BONUS!) Note AIG IS OWNED BY FARMERS INSURANCE WHICH IS OWNED BY BATUS (BRITISH AMERICAN TABACCO US DIVISION AND ZURICH A SWISS COMPANY.  SO OUR GREAT ELECTED LEADERS DIDN’T EVEN BAIL OUT A true US company!

 9)It should be harder for Foreign Corps to buy up US corps.  Farmers Insurance a US Corp was bought by a British corp. BAT; who cut benefits, salaries and increased workloads. BATUS then sold a portion to Zurich who again cut benefits salaries bonuses and increased workloads further. 
TO INCREASE PROFITS the first thing they both did was cut US workers SALARIES AND BENEFITS BY ABOUT 60% total!

 10)THE US CONSTITUTION IS A GUARNTEE FOR U.S .CITIZENS.
(READ IT PLEASE )  ALL AID TO ILLEGALS IN THE US MUST STOP! Do you really think Mexico would feed house and school my children if I was an illegal immigrant there.  If you are here illegally your child born here is not a US Citizen by birth.  Therfore you may not remain in the country legally.

ALL FERDERAL, STATE, CITY GOVERNMENT, AGENCIES,and School Districts  MUST REPORT ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND SAFE ZONES must BE DECALRED Federally ILLEGAL. 

WE CUT EDUCATION TO US SCHOOLS AND STUDENTS 15% 
WHEN 5-20% OF THE STUDENTS IN OUR SCHOOLS ARE ILLEGAL!  
The cuts would not be necessary if the illegals were not in the schools.

11) ALL US Government agencies and Foreign business and especially Bill Collectors may not block their id on phone calls.  They may not refuse to divulge their do not call addresses (as they do now) under a $50,000.00 fine  

These people run up cell phone bills by hundreds of dollars per consumer by computer dialing during prime time and if the consumer answers they are placed on hold!  Now the consumer cannot pay another bill because of the increase in their phone bill costs.

12) THE DRUG WAR WAS LOST IN THE 1920'S. PROHIBITION WAS A FAILURE SO IS THE WAR ON DRUGS. THE WAR ON DRUGS HAS COST MORE THAN WORLD WAR 1, 2, AND VIETNAM COMBINED. END THE WAR ON DRUGS AMERICA.

When Kaiser doctors can write a RX for morphine OR OxyContin AKA Hillbilly heroin  but not marijuana. there is something seriously wrong. Legalize Medical Marijuana Federally NOW.

LEGALIZE AND TAX MARIAJUANNA LIKE BOOZE AND REGULATE AND TAX GROWERS.  FARMING WILL BOOM AND A NEW INDUSTRY WILL BE BORN.  
I can have 40 cases of JIM Beam in my truck legally but 2 oz of marijuana and I'm a dealer?AND GET 5 YEARS IN CALIFORNIA AND 20 YEARS IN TEXAS.  Our drug laws are not logical. 40% of US prisoners are Addicts but the 40 % of US Alcoholics are not in Jail


If someone drinks a large amount of alcohol they will die! Yet no one has ever died from smoking marijuana.

13) We need a a FLAT 10% income Tax for personal incomes. Eliminate 80,000 IRS positions and use them at ICE, Immigration, Border Patrol and Homeland Security. Freeze ALL FEDERAL HIRING!

WAKE UP PEOPLE! YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO VOTE...
WHAT HAVE ALL THE ELECTED OFFICALS who have been in office more than 5 years done for you besides borrow and spend your Social Security money and never pay it back ! 


Hopefully the next US Revolution will be at the Voting Booth when Americans vote out ALL MEMBERS of ANY PARTY that continues to ignore the needs of the Average American Middle Class.

Ever wonder why the MAFIA is no longer reported in the papers? .You don't see Mafia in the headlines because the MOB moved into Wall Street, the IRS and other government agencies.

Fact One  It is easier to launder Billions of Dollars a year from Wall Street than $1,000,000 a year from a piazza parlor in Jersey!. Unless of course, you have a former family member now turned Secret Witness ;who was Placed in the IRS by the Justice Department, and that  IRS agent  owes you a FAVOR!

Many Mob Informants were accountants that entered into the "secret witness program" .After all , they were qualified because they knew how to keep two sets of books. These Secret Witnessesss's  ended up working at the IRS and other Federal and State Organizations.

Fact Two, it is easier for the Justice Dept. to place a "Secret Witnesses" in a federal or state job than in a privately own company position.  In Government positions the D.O.J. can subvert the hiring process, bypass tests, or just say the "secret witnesses" is a transfer from another government department. (Try using the Freedom of Information Act to learn the NUMBER or the PERCENTAGE of the "Secret Witnesses" working for the IRS. They won't tell you.)

Some Mafia "Secret Witnesses" are working for the IRS and or state tax agency. and have returned to work for the Mob.  They are forgiven their prior disloyalty to the Mob IF,  they  use their IRS  positions to casuse"Mob  Targeted " indivuals or their business  problems.IRS Tax Problems.

Fact Three Martin Scorsese has in the past reveled " things" the Mafia did not want known. It is no secret the Mob does not like anyone  making mob movies.

Are YOU KIDDING ME! How much was spent on this fiasco? If they want serious felonies why not go after the numerous pedophiles on probation or Big Drug Dealers on probation in the desert. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY ! 

1 GOOD DRUG DOG AND A 4 MAN TEAM DOING RANDOM SCHOOL INSPECTIONS WILL HALT DRUG USE AT 1/50 OF THE COST AND WILL BE 20x MORE EFFECTIVE AT STOPPING DRUGS BEING BROUGHT TO SCHOOL!! (But that's old school tactics) 

The Riverside County DA's office and Sheriffs and Police departments are trying to raise their YEARLY STATS to justify their jobs and RAISE their Budgets 
It is all about high numbers (stats), Money and Job Security!!! 

Rod Pacheco started the habit by having the DA's office over charge everyone with multiple felonies to raise stats whether they were felonies or not! (remember the FBI investigation?) 

It does take any courage to go after 16 and 17 year old kids. 
Get some courage and go after real bad guys. And while your at it start blowing whistles on the cities and counties and how they are wasting money that could secure your jobs!

America is the middle class and middle class is America. The middle-class stabilizes our country by creating not only a buffer between the rich and the poor but also by giving the poor and the middle class the hope of one day moving up.

NAFTA and GATT have effectively eliminated hundreds of thousands of middle-class jobs. Nothing is made in America anymore to export to other countries. At one time America made the majority of cars, radios,TVs and other electrical and mechanical appliances. Today thanks to NAFTA and GATT we continue to import more than we export. Our economy is dying, our middle class is shrinking and our elected officials do not have a clue, and do not care. They have guaranteed retirement and guaranteed health care.

Additionally foreign corporations and American corporations shelter profits while the American middle class pays taxes to cover for their mistakes. When the US government bailed out AIG the first thing AIG did was to give bonuses to their CEO’s, CFO's, presidents and vice presidents.

And of course they deserved those bonuses because they got the stupid American congress to use middle class tax dollars to pay for their mistakes.

It seems like any time you call a Corporation whether it's support for your computer or information about the warranty on your new car the person on the other end of the phone line is either in the Philippines, India, or Costa Rica.

We were told that America was good be a great service economy. And America does have a great service economy. That has hundreds of thousands of jobs, unfortunately those jobs are not in America.

We still see and hear news commentators and government officials stating were coming out of this recession. We are not in a recession. THIS is a depression. Not only in economic depression but also a moral and financial depression. Bill O' Reilly are you listening?

How many people have to lose their homes before our elected officials and those millionaire news commentators figure out that there is a problem and the problem is not going away.

A Wells Fargo's president testified in front of Congress and explained the reason for a very low number of home loan modifications was because people losing their homes were not submitting the correct paperwork.

I wish Congress would have called me to testify to tell them how Wells Fargo called me from eight different locations in eight different states in 20 different occasions requesting documents that had already been sent over a period of three months. but never showed up in their computer system.

Finally I got my home loan modification by faxing every single document about 16 pages to 18 of the different fax numbers Wells Fargo had given me. When I got my final papers and had to have them notarized the notary who was also a fax service stated that only two people out of probably 200 that had come to her office got a loan modification. The others had been given the runaround by various bank departments in various locations just as they had done to me and were still trying to fax documents their banks said they never received.

How can we justify that 1% of our population receives 23% of the salaries paid in the United States. Maybe Rush Limbaugh has the answer. And how can Congress pretend with a straight face and say that these rich need tax breaks. And as we continue to go into debt and President Obama tries to buy our way out of this depression. Yet No one has suggested that America cut foreign aid by even 10% across-the-board. Or CUT CONGRESSIONAL SALARIES OR BENIFITS!

I'm sorry but we have to start putting American citizens that are poor homeless and without food BEFORE the poor homeless of other countries that we have supported for years.

America can no longer pretend to be everyone's big brother and protector. That is not to say that we shouldn't help countries like Israel that are surrounded by people that would destroy them if they could. But it does mean that we should not continue to prop up European countries who have received aid continually since World War II.

If we learned anything from the war in Vietnam it was you cannot put troops on the ground and when a war with infantry. We can only win wars by not putting troops on the ground and instead use air power to destroy the enemy. Today in Afghanistan we are losing brave man because they cannot distinguish a friend from an enemy. If all bad guys had green and white striped faces there wouldn't be a problem but that's not the case just like it wasn't the case in Vietnam.

In the 1970s former Gov. Jerry Brown said we must eliminate our dependency on foreign oil. People called him Governor Moon Beam . Almost every political science professor I knew predicted that wars over oil would continue for 50 years or more unless we developed independence from foreign oil. Now 40 years later we are still servants of OPEC and there is no end in sight to their dominance over us or the war in Iraq or Afghanistan. I guess Governor Moon Beam was right and the pundits were full of shi_!

Al-Qaeda does not have to bomb us to destroy us. We are destroying ourselves through greed and ignorance. Most of our elected officials do not understand and do not care about the middle-class. When Congressman recently started talking about changing Social Security rules because Social Security is running out of money. They forget to state that Social Security was short of money because t Congress stole it from the American people to pay for their pet projects that were not funded.

And when Congress says that unemployment has dropped or is remaining steady most people don't remember that Pres. Nixon changed the way unemployment statistics are figured. They are not figured by how many people are unemployed! They are figured and based on how many people can still collect unemployment. So if 100,000 people last week run out of unemployment benefits they are now not counted as unemployed. They are just out of work and shi_ out of luck.

The solution to these problems are very simple. First we must eliminate all campaign contributions. Second we must limit the amount of personal money any person can spend to get themselves elected. Third we must develop a free Internet and television system that allows candidates time to speak and make proposals regarding their programs.

The OPEC nations are all rich. Al-Qaeda is rich. Many of the members of Al-Qaeda were educated in America. All Al-Qaeda has to do is start making campaign contributions and they will buy America politicians or run their own undercover candidates and destroy America at the same time from the inside legally if they aren’t already doing it.!
